1) Please note the building frontage amount for this site on the site plan so that allowed square footage can be determined.
2) Per section 7A.10.2.C.2.a.1.ii.a, low profile signs are limited to two faces per sign. The proposed sign has 4 proposed sign faces. Please reduce the number of sign faces to 2.
3) The site plan does not show the dimensions of the SVT as required by Section 10-01.5.0 Sight Visibility of the UDC. Please review this section and show the sight visibility triangles as required on the site plan for both the freestanding sign as it applies to the intersection of the two-way through street and the directional sign as it applies the the driveway intersection adjacent to the sign.
4) The site plan is missing the setback distance of the leading edge of the directional sign to the face of the adjacent curb. Please add this dimension.
5) Please recalculate all dimensions so that they are in feet.decimal, not feet and inches.
