Please provide your business license number with the City of Tucson. If you have not applied for one, please reach out the the License department at 520-791-4566 or through email at license@tucsonaz.gov. 2) This site has an open land division case TD-DIV-0125-00013. This needs to be completed before approval for the sign can be approved. The applicant for the DIV case has been notified. 3) Specify the size, type and number of anchors that will hold the sign to the wall. 4) Specify the construction materials of the wall the sign is being mounted on. Include all the construction materials, not just finishing materials like stucco and drywall. 5) The page 2 of 6 shows a different sign for the clinic than the north elevation sign pages. Please make sure the signage matches on each elevation page. |
