1. UDC:
A) provide permit application
B) provide site plan with current right of way / curbing to lot line configuration to show sign locations and setbacks
C) will need SDRC case review for sign area, height and co-location of monument and site identification sign in Scenic District
D) provide night view showing lighting through signs shall emit only through text and logos - backer panels cannot have light emission
E) sign on Rita requires a temporary revocable easement to be in right of way

2. NEC: add the following notes to each sheet:
A) requires additional review after SDRC review

3) OLC:
A) provide all standard OLC notation

4) IBC:
A) engineering would be required if SDRC review continues forward and is approved.
