Thrall Date: 12/7/22 Codes: Unified Development Code (UDC) 7A Sign Standards, National Electrical Code (NEC), Tucson- Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC), and International Building Code (IBC) 2018. 1) provide permit application 2) recommend separating submittal for wall signs from freestanding sign; the number of allowed freestanding signs at this shopping center has been taken. To request an additional freestanding sign requires both property management permission and a submittal for review to the SDRC process to seek an additional sign. 3) ASA sign engineering is under Sullaway now, not Schneider and the engineering is expired. If you do resubmit a freestanding sign, use the approved ASA engineering. 4) Add notes that timer shall shut off all signs at midnight. 5) Add note that all dedicated sign circuits shall be labeled at breaker panel 6) If you do submit a freestanding sign, then please show footer / pipe on plan to match engineering and show construction / mounting details (i.e. pipe saddle , shop welds or field welds).
