1. Adjust the sign area on the plan set to accurately add up just the two sign cabinets.

2. The site plan is just an aerial document without property lines called out or any reference for the distance from street curb to property line. Per the city's paving plan - the distance from Camino Seco curb to the property line is 27 feet. (Camino Seco right of way is 150 wide total, with 75 feet on each side of the centerline of the street. The east side of Camino Seco is 48 feet wide, with an additional 27 feet of right of way to this property line. Staff is emailing the pavement plans. Adjust the site plan and include a 27' minimum setback for the sign on the plan. Include the paving plan for reference in the resubmittal.

3. No SDRC applications were included. The request is to allow an increase from 32 to approximately 52 square feet of sign area (2 cabinets) for a non-residential use in an R-1 zone along an arterial street.
