Permit application is missing from the document set. Please see this link: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/integrated-planning/pdsd/Sign_permit_application_2022.pdf and fill it in for this project – see notes below that this will be 3 signs on the permit. 2. Who is the sign contractor – must be a CR-38 license. The entity and name submitting this application is not a licensed contractor in Arizona and must either withdraw the permit or obtain assistance from a licensed sign contractor in writing and add it to their contacts. (or electrician can permit / install) and the sign contractor must have a local City of Tucson Business License (call 520-791-4566 for assistance. If a sign contractor or electrician is added, staff will verify licensure and contact them for follow up. 3. Break down the sign area and make the logo sign A and the lettering as Signs B and C. 4. Provide all dimensions in decimal feet and provide the total sign area for each sign adjacent to the boxed area. Make sure each sign matches the sign on the permit application. 5. This location is on a scenic route and is nonconforming for allowed sign area due to the length of time the location has been a restaurant and the fact it had frontage along Mission prior to the new Jack in the Box being built. 6. Provide the height off the ground to the top of each wall sign for reference. 7. Provide photos of the existing signs to be removed and replaced with the re-branding signs. 8: NEC / OLC: A. Provide note that each sign shall shut off at midnight via timer. B. Provide note that sign lighting shall not exceed 4400k color temperature. C. List the volts, amps, and circuits for each sign D. List the location of the circuit breaker box within the suite for inspections E.
