UDC; a. Permit application is missing from the package – please fill out and provide on resubmission: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/integrated-planning/pdsd/Sign_permit_application_2022.pdf b. Proposed location of this new monument sign is an issue in relationship to existing phone and cable lines and easements that are not on the property title report, per the last sign permit review done 2019. Permit T19OT00118. If you can obtain written permission to occupy this area with a sign, and the blue stake comes up clear of any utilities, then final review will proceed to ensure the sign is on private property as well. 2. NEC / OLC: a. Show where the shut off switch will be on the sign structure b. Indicate where the power will come from for this sign location (if you’re not using the existing sign location power) c. Provide note that sign circuit will be dedicated and will be labeled at breaker panel d. Note whether halo lighting used or if this is vinyl surfacing on raised lettering faces 3. IBC: a. Provide top or side view of the sign, dimensioned to show thickness and any raised lettering on the cabinet face b. Add note that sign structure is to be under 80 square feet of surface area, or provide engineering for footer / pipe c. Show footer and dimension depth and width on plan d. Show pipe size and type on plan e. Indicate how sign structure cabinet mounted to pole – ie.. saddle / bolts and typical number used f. Provide notes on elevation view indicating the types of materials on the aluminum structure: i.e. spray stucco, tile, stone, brick etc. Resubmit on your dashboard on TDC Online, click on the permit number TS-PRM-1122-00017 and upload revisions. |
