The sign area proposed for this establishment is well within code allowances for the I-1 zoning of the site. The following information is needed for completion of the permitting process, thank you: 1. Please fill out this permit application and match your signs to the corresponding line – i.e. sign A, B, C on the application, and label them that way on the plan set. Here’s the application form: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/integrated-planning/pdsd/Sign_permit_application_2022.pdf 2. NEC/ OLC a. Please provide a note that states: all signs will shut off at midnight curfew via timer b. Please provide a note that states: dedicated sign circuits will be labeled and shown at time of inspection at breaker panel within building c. Please provide a note that states: location of the timer will be shown at time of inspection 3. General: a. Provide all dimensions in decimal feet b. For clarity, provide street frontage dimensions on the site plan view as well: 40 feet on east and west and 100’ on north, as you noted on the elevation views, thank you. 4. IBC: a. Please clarify how many lag screws are used per linear foot of signage (top / bottom) for these cabinets Please revise plans as noted above by simply adding the notes needed and filling out the application.
