Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed by Tami Goltz. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Additional comments may be provided in subsequent reviews. Please include wall structure materials, not just the finishing materials such as stucco 2. Please provide more specific details of the attachment anchors that will be holding the sign to the wall. Include specific type, size and number. 3. All dimensions should be in feet.decimal format, not feet and/or inches. 4. Site plan should include a North arrow. New comments: 5. Address in online TDC application shows a Building number of 1, but this building designation is not noted on the drawings. The address on the sign package must be uniform throughout and match the address in the TDC application. Please either add the building number to the drawings or revise the address in the TDC portal by submitting a sub-records request for an address change. 6. Provide the active COT business license number for the contractor. If no business license number has been obtained, please have the contractor apply for a business license by reaching out to the City of Tucson Business License department at license@tucsonaz.gov or 520-791-4566. |
