This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Additional comments may be provided in subsequent reviews. Code reference: Unified Development Code, Article 7A: Sign Standards, adopted Outdoor Lighting Code, adopted Building Code. Sign Drawings: 1) All dimensions must be in feet.decimal, not feet and inches. Please revise drawings to relect this. 2) The following exact copy must be added to the electrical detail drawings: All signs and power supply components are UL listed. All signs shall have UL sticker, manufacturer sticker and installer sticker, located on the exterior of the sign for inspections. All dedicated sign circuits shall be labeled. A safety lock out shall be provided for all signs where the shut off switch is not directly visible to the sign. 24 hour programmable timer installed to comply with the COT Outdoor Lighting Code. As per the City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code the internally illuminated sign as shown on this page does not exceed the 4400k color temp. 3) Show & Specify the anchors that are used to hold the letters to the wall. 4) Provide construction materials the wall is constructed of. Do not list only finishing materials like stucco. |
