Tami.Goltz@tucsonaz.gov or 520-837-5049. 1) There are variances regarding the freestanding signage at this site. No other sites have been permitted an individual freestanding sign. Please supply a letter from the management that specifically calls out the approval of the freestanding sign. The letter supplied only references a dated drawing, which doesn’t match what was submitted. 2) Since this sign is at the intersection of two roadways, the SVT needs to be from the intersection, not the driveway. Please see the guidelines for SVTs in section 10.01-5.0 of the UDC. |
