Note, per Sign Standards 7A.11.1.G-plastic is prohibited, not allowed. On the first page of your application is mentioned "plastic". Please revise this page to remove plastic. Based on review it appears this has been reviewed in 2024 [TS-SGN-0524-00002]. Please resubmit the plans and associated documents in an “HPZ Design Package” as a single compressed pdf file. Multiple files will be rejected and deemed incomplete for review.
