UDC: A) Based on street development frontage of 154' along Broadway Blvd, acknowledged that sign area and sign types are within code allowances, thank you. B) note the heights from grade to top of sign on each applicable elevation C) provide sign dimensions in decimal feet D) update the cabinet size for the pole sign at 6.75 x 10.25 2. NEC: /OLC: add the following notes to each sheet: A) dedicated sign circuit shall be provided and labeled at breaker panel B) all signs shall be UL or MET listed C) all signs shall have UL sticker, manufacturer sticker and installer sticker on the side of the sign D) safety lock out shall be provided in circumstances where disconnect switch is not immediately visible to the sign E) Timer shall be provided and set to midnight, to be verified at inspection (if open past midnight, set to close time) F) Maximum color temperature shall not exceed 4400k G) canopy signs need to have the volts, amps, circuits and shut off information H) 5000k color temp is listed in the diagram set, update to indicate max 4400k LED 3) IBC: A) provide clarification what canopy letters are affixed to / on - i.e. alum posts?
