Codes: Unified Development Code (UDC) 7A Sign Standards, National Electrical Code (NEC 600), Tucson-Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC), International Building Code (IBC) 2018

1. UDC:
A) break sign area down on this structure, different surfaces - raised lettering on wall (to conserve sign area and for consistency with applications across the board)

B) sign is shown in right of way on the plan set - shift behind lot line (see plan set staff is emailing for reference on the lot line marking)

C) part of the sign is also shown in an area on the landscape plan that would conflict with irrigation line locations - move east (see plans staff is emailing)

D) Add note on plan package that sign will be a minimum of 5' from any fire hydrant and 2' from driveway face of curb to sign structure

2. NEC: NA

3. OLC: NA

4. IBC:
A) please label the construction elevation view with all applicable surface types (i.e. concrete, masonry, flagstone, etc.)
B) add note how flagstone is affixed to wall
C) there's two sign elevation views that differ - but just one sign. Can you please remove the elevation view that does not apply when you resubmit? (i.e. one is like a stucco backer?)

Email me if you have any questions or when you resubmit and I'll pull the plan set for prompt review of the resubmittal.
