1. Please contact Pima County Addressing to verify the full address. The address provided plots in the middle of the street. The address on the application and the address on the plans must match. Once this is complete then resubmit the matching plans and request and address correction on the application, If you have questions, please email cdrc@tucsonaz.gov

2. Please provide street frontage dimension.

3. Sight Visibility Triangles are not properly displayed on the site plan. Please review section 10-01.5.0 of the Unified Development Code on the requirements for Sight Visibility Triangles and revise site plan to show correct SVTs.
