This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC), 2012 Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC). The electrical cannot be reviewed or inspected under the sign permit because this work is done under the building permits. 2. The addition of the lights must be shown on the construction plans under the building permits or the Outdoor Lighting Special Inspection conducted will fail and a revision will be required by the Special Inspector. Please submit the revised electrical and outdoor lighting to the permits, T21CM09776, T21CM09775. 3. The approved DP already shows the monument sign and shouldn’t need to be updated.
