Application:
1) The suite number needs to be added to the online application on the Tucson Development Center Website. You can do this by applying for a sub-record for an address request in the original permit. Please see the attached link for directions.

2) Notate building frontage length facing Broadway on site plan.
3) Specify the size and type of anchors being used to mount the sign to the backer panel and the back panel to the wall.
4) Specify the type of materials the wall where the sign is being mounted is constructed of. Include actual construction materials, not just finishing surfaces like stucco.
5) Notate the number of AMPs each sign will pull when illuminated.
6) Signs over 30’ in height requires sealed engineering.
