This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Code reference: Unified Development Code, Article 7A: Sign Standards, Outdoor Lighting Code, 2025 adopted Building Codes. Application: 1) Site is allowed 225 sq ft of sign area. The proposed sq ft is above the allowed and will need to be reduced. Sign Drawings: 1) AF6-1/4" Toggler Alligator Anchor Bolts are not an adequate method of attachment and will not be able to support the weight of the sign. Please revise with an adequate attachment method. 2) This entire area is considered one sign. Combine Signs C & D into one sign. Dimensions, applications and drawings all need to be updated. 3) Verify actual amperage on all signs with manufacturer as this is pulling the same amperage as the smaller sign. 4) Specify anchor type as noted on the drawings for Sign D. |
