Include all materials, not just finishing materials like stucco or EFIS. ⦁ Square footage includes any colors differentiating from the background. Please include stripes in sign calculations. 2) All dimensions should be in feet.decimals, not feet or inches. 3) The drawings on page 8 call out illumination that is greater than 4400K lumens. Per the City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code section 501.3.2, lights cannot exceed the 4400K lumen count. Please revise lighting to meet the outdoor lighting code. |
