The Structural Calculation and Drawings are to be done by a Structural Engineer licensed in Arizona (drawings as to be sealed/signed/dated). We thank you for submitting a cross section sketch of the monument sign. However we require more than that one drawing. Allow me to copy and paste the request once again. ACTIVITY NO. TS-PRM-0924-00432 ADDRESS/PARCEL: (6393 S CAMPBELL AV TUCSON, AZ 85706) Submit your revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Building Review Section comments were addressed. The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. Review will not proceed without the response letter. COMMENTS: 1. Submit Structural Calculation and detail drawing for the drilled pier/foundation and the steel tube used. 2. Submit detail drawing for the sign box to include the framing used, method of frame connections used, material/sizes used, etc. 3. Submit attachment detail drawings as to how the sign box frame is attached to the steel tube that is embedded with the drilled pier. Identify the locations of these attachments within the drawings. 4. Please resubmit. |
