1. UDC:
A) Appears from submittal package it is unclear whether the existing cabinet can be repaired for this nonconforming pole sign. If it can be repaired, a reasonable repair permit can be reviewed and processed. Appears storm damage, but clarify if additional details available.

B) If the original cabinet cannot be repaired, a new freestanding sign review may be done for the location. A new freestanding sign that is compliant to current code would be within the monument or low-profile sized category of freestanding signs due to the approximate street frontage of the lot line (100 feet) along Swan. To request a sign taller or larger would be reviewed under the Sign Design Option process.

C) Please clarify original cabinet condition and resubmit details for further assistance to move forward.
