1. UDC:

3. OLC:
A. Please add a note that all signs will shut off at midnight.
4. IBC:
A. Plans state “refer to engineering for footer/pipe size” however no engineering was included with your sign package. Please clarify monument sign pipe size/type and include the engineering sheet in your next submittal.
B. Please show pipe 6” above base of footer to provide for drainage and note “gravel will be placed at bottom of footer for drainage”.
C. Please show all construction details for the monument sign (IE: how are you mounting the cabinet to the pipe, saddle/plate mounts, cabinet details including size and location of hardware).
D. Please provide mounting details for the wall signs internal raceway.
E. Please clarify if the racing stripes at the end of your wall sign have the same side diagram/mounting details as the “Auto Zone” part of the sign. If different, please provide separate mounting details for the racing stripes.
F. Do you plan on having any field welding for the monument sign? If so, a special inspection certificate will be required.
Your sign will qualify for a self-certification inspection once permitted.
