UDC: Wall signs are within code, thank you. A) Monument sign - sign area is limited to 50 square feet, revise cabinet size or SDRC case can be requested for sign area increase. B) It may suit your production timeline to separate the wall signs from the freestanding sign into two permits. 2. NEC: A) Add note to all wall signs that a lock out must be provided B) Add note electrical to be provided by others to power the freestanding sign C) freestanding sign – on color sign diagram, add shut off switch location and ID it clearly 3. OLC: A) I see note on sign elevation diagram for 4400k, please update page 7 of engineering to match. 4. IBC: A) I see engineering is provided with two footer options, with caisson chosen, thank you. Please call out the pipe size for the connection to the thread rods.
