1. This site is in a Scenic Corridor Zone and is limited to 1.25 sq ft per lineal foot of building frontage per Section 7A.11.3.B.1 of the Sign Code. 1.25 x 25 ' = 31.25. The proposed sign is 48 sq ft, which exceeds the allowed sq footage. Please reduce the sq footage of sign to meet code.
2. Please change calculations to feet and decimals. e.g., 5 ft 6 in would be 5.5.
