This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Code reference, Unified Development Code, Article 7A: Sign Standards. Application: 1) This property is located in a scenic corridor. The site is limited to 1.25 st ft per lf of frontage. This would allow 31.25 sq ft of sign area at this site. Sign Drawings: 1) Provide a call out for what materials the wall is made from. I.E. Masonry, Wood with stucco, etc… 2) Show & Specify the anchors that are used to hold the letters to the raceway. 3) Site plans need to show adjacent roadways with street name labels 4) If you are calculating each sign individually, then it needs to be separated into 3 separate signs on the application. |
