The C-3 zoning allows 3 times the frontage, so 3 x 50 =150 sq ft of allowed signage. This site is proposing 212.8 sq ft of signage, which is 62.8 sq ft more than they are permitted. Revise signage to meet the allowed 150 sq ft of signage area or submit for a master sign plan or variance request.
