A. I am unable to find the previous sign permits for this location in our system. Can you please provide a permit number for reference of these wall signs and painted sign as they appear to be too large based on your provided measurements and sign area allotment for your street frontage along N. Country Club Road.
B. This site is zoned O-3. Per UDC 7A.10.2.B, the maximum sign ratio for wall signs is 3’ for every 1’ of street frontage. To maximize your sign area, please box the words on your signs. Please refer to the markups on the plans for guidance.
B. The tooth painting on the wall is also considered part of your sign area allotment as it relates to the business. Please include these dimensions in your sign package and call this Sign C on both your application and drawings.
