Review will not proceed without the response letter. COMMENTS: 1. SIGN A: Please provide drawing detail of the monument sign’s Block Base. Provide detail drawing as to how the sign is attached to this Block Base, make sure to specify the type of attachment/anchors used. Please also provide detail drawing as to how the sign is attached to the 5 inch steel pipe, show where they are and how often they occur, make sure to specify the type of attachment/anchors used. Please have the same structural engineer used in item #2 below generate this drawing/calculation with his/her seal/signature/date on them. 2. SIGN B, D, G, H, I: Please provide Structural drawings and calculations on these wall signs that are sealed/signed/dated. Ideally, when calculating the lateral forces.. please use 115 mph 3 second gust of wind. make sure to specify the type of attachment/anchors used and their embedment depths. Do make sure to show/indicate the wall materials these signs are being attached to. 3. Please resubmit. |
