1. Permit application was missing from this package, please provide.

2. UDC:
A) freestanding signs require a site plan be submitted that includes location of lot lines, sight visibility triangles, any easements and setbacks dimensioned from each street curb to the leading edge of the sign. Please provide. You may find that the Pima County Assessor has helpful information if you're unable to find a site plan on the PRO website.

B) While I acknowledge the site may have a freestanding sign, the setbacks noted on a location diagram indicate the sign would be a low-profile sign. A low -profile sign has to have a base running the full length of the sign at a 2 feet tall height to that base. Dimension on the plan, and check the sign height at the end result of that base height increase.

2. NEC:
A) add note power to be run by others

3. OLC: no comments, thank you

4. IBC:
A) Add standard construction detail for base to connect to sign support and cabinet.
B) add standard detail to indicate how the pole connects to the cabinet - i.e. bolts and sizes / saddle system

Additional review comments may be forthcoming, depending on resubmittal.
