Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. -Clarify how skirt is secured to ground/slab. Is there a slab underneath? Provide detail of fastener -Clarify how is skirt secured to inner pipe. Saddle? Welding? -Clarify how brick veneer is attached to skirt. -Clarify how cabinet is attached to skirt, and pipe. Also top cap, and embellishment. -Are lateral forces being considered to monument signs don't rotate? -Provide sealed footing drawings for monument signs. |

Revise the plans to include the red coloring/striping on the gas island canopy in the total sign area calculation. The red canopy band appears to be part of the Circle K logo/sign design and is therefore considered signage. Provide revised sign area calculations for the canopy signs and update the total sign area summary for the premises to include all applicable sign area.
