COMMENTS:

1. Records do not appear to show an approved sign permit for the existing “Smokeria” sign. Revise and resubmit the sign permit package to include both the existing “Smokeria” sign and the proposed sign, or provide documentation demonstrating that the existing “Smokeria” sign was previously permitted. The revised package must identify the location, dimensions, square footage, height to top of sign, illumination, and status of each sign, and must include the total sign area for all signs on the premises.
