The EMC can not interfere with FCC communications. We need the manufacture of the EMC to sit down and write a letter to The City of Tucson That says the following... #1. name of the manufacturer. #2. the EMC model number/name #3. - This model is fully capable of lowering to 200 nits at night. #4. This model is FCC compliant. 2) Sign E- This entire area is considered one sign. Per Sign Standards 7A.10.2.C.3.d.3, no more than 40% of the wall area can be occupied by signage. These signs occupy more than 40%. Please revise to conform to standards or apply for a Master Sign Plan for all signage. 3) Sign C- OAH should be from ground to top of sign. Revise dimension to include top cap. Indicate location of electrical disconnect switch. Site Plan: 1) Add line indicating frontage length along the Freeway and Congress St. 2) Per Sign Standard 7A.10.2.C.2.a.2, this site is allowed one freestanding sign per street frontage. There are three freestanding signs being propopsed. This is only permitted on sites that have 450 feet of street frontage or more on one street frontage. Reduce the number of freestanding signs or apply for a Master Sign Program for all signage on site. 3) Per Sign Standards 7A.10.2.C.1.a.2, Directional signs cannot be located in the SVT.
