Sign D, E, I & J: 1) We need the manufacture of the EMC to sit down and write a letter to The City of Tucson That says the following... #1. Name of the manufacturer. #2. The EMC model number/name #3. {Model #} is fully capable of lowering to 200 nits at night. #4. {Model #} is FCC compliant. Sign I: 1) The minimum setback is 20' from the face of the curb to the leading edge of the sign. Please revise location of new monument sign to meet this requirement. Location Map: 1) Add line indicating frontage along elevation photo and OAH from ground to top of sign. 2) Please add small close up images with the setback dimensions to site plan, not on the sign drawings. |
