07/17/2025 Signs Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT Sign Drawings:
1) Label disconnect switch.
2) Provide a call out for what materials the wall is made from. I.E. Masonry, Wood with stucco, etc...
3) Specify the type and size of the anchors that are used to hold the sign to the wall.

Site Plan:
1) Show SVT required dimensions.
2) Show setback of directional signs from face of curb to leading edge of sign.
3) Frontage dimensions need to be added for this site. If this site will be sharing parking spaces with another business or there is access from/to another business, the frontage will be the building frontage distance along public roadways. If the parking/access is limited to just this site/business, then the lot frontage can be used for frontage along public roadways.
