1) There are 5 signs approved by PAD-29- Building Signs on the N, E and W elevations, a monument sign and a storefront vinyl. The only signs that are being requested for permitting are the wall signs. Are the storefront vinyl and monument signs no longer being installed? If they are, they need to be included in the permit application.
2) Fill in the frontage and zone information on application.

Sign Drawings:
1) Add note stating "sign to be removed" with an arrow to sign in existing elevation photo.
2) Notate which elevation the sign is for on each detail page.
3) The dimension length displayed on proposed photos should be for the frontage amount, not just the façade area.

Location Map:
1) If Caremore is occupying the whole building, add a line and dimension indicating the frontage. If only occupying a portion of the building, outline tenant space in building and indicate frontage amount with line and dimension.
2) Add roadway name for the unnamed road.
