Thrall (Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov) Date: 8/2/24 Historic minor review conducted 8/1/24 with contractor on site 1. Sign type / height / size all within code - thank you. 2. Historic decision letter forthcoming for the proposed projecting sign (historic minor reviewer recommended approval with a couple minor conditions to our Director, and she is reviewing the decision notice) 3. Temporary revocable easement required for the sign to aerially occupy the city right of way; however- existing TRE in place for adjacent awning. Please work with Phillip Paige at DTM - he's aware of proposal and will receive copy of historic decision letter. 4. Mounting and electrical has been reviewed by sign reviewer and can proceed once TRE / historic are approved. 5. Obtain a right of way permit with the TRE so work can be done in the city right of way.... THANK YOU for the EXCELLENT submittal.
