I acknowledge the sign area proposed is within code allowances for the Bridges PAD-15 commercial zoning classification. 2) Provide note that drive thru sign shall be setback a minimum of 1 foot from face of drive thru curb to leading edge of the support column. 3) IBC: Add a note for drive thru clearance canopy sign to see engineered plans Provide sealed engineered plan with wind load calcs for the drive thru canopy structure, including attachment from canopy to the support. This will be reviewed in detail on resubmittal. B) This is a drive thru service restaurant - are menu boards by others? Engineered support mounts are expected. 4) NEC / OLC - Provide standard electrical data for the order station structure: i.e. volts, amps, circuit, shut off switch... indicate added to timer for midnight shut off. indicate circuit the power supply is coming from. This will be reviewed by structural on resub. |
