07/22/2024 Signs REQUIRES RESUBMIT These must be reviewed as monument signs, as wall signs are only mounted on walls of buildings. These signs have a setback less than 20' from the face of curb, so they must be submitted as "low profile signs". Low profile signs need a 2 foot space between the ground and the bottom of the sign. This means you would need to elongate the sign so the width is not 5 feet, but more like 3 feet. (assuming the wall is 6 feet tall)
