UDC: A) The sign package cannot be officially approved, nor sign permit issued, until the development package and building plans for the site / use have each been APPROVED. Both are still in review. It is clear no change in allowed sign area would occur. Further, staff recognizes the need to provide feedback to the sign manufacturing teams and their timelines. C) THANK YOU for the detailed resubmittal addressing ALL comments. The proposed wall signs, proposed sign area both in total and per sign, and per elevation, will be within code allowances. D) Staff is only posting “requires resubmittal” due to the need for approved development package / building plans prior to sign permit approval. E) When you resubmit all these same documents (no changes) AFTER development package and building permits are issued, also include a copy of the approved site plan sheet with lot line dimensions and a copy of the building plan elevations with dimension in the resubmittal of this package. 2.
