1. UDC: (Thank you for property management approval letter!)
A) These plans cannot be resubmitted until such time as the development package and building plans have each been APPROVED. Both are still in early stages of review.
B) Staff conducted this review in anticipation that the site review aspects will be processed within the next few weeks, that no significant site changes will result in a change of sign area that would be allowed, and to provide courtesy feedback to assist with moving forward to order signage.
C) I acknowledge the proposed wall signs and the actual proposed sign area in total and for each sign and elevation will be within code allowances, given the type of development for the planned location, with building and drive thru lane service.
D) add the lot line dimensions off 1st Avenue to the location plan.
E) add the lot line dimension off Grant Road to the location plan.
F) Once the development plan and building plan are approved, please include a copy of the site plan sheet with lot line dimensions and a copy of the building plan elevations with dimension in the resubmittal of this package.
You can monitor for approval on our PRO site for the development plan at this link: https://pro.tucsonaz.gov/permitdetails/TD-DEV-0423-00210/
