3. The plan diagrams for Sign A the "individual lettered" Lincoln sign, unfortunately came out blurred, and engineering is noted on the top sheet of the plans for this sign. Please re-scan / re-upload, and include engineer's calcs and seals for this sign, as applicable.

4. Re-upload the entire set altogether, please.
