Structural Plans: The Elevation detail drawing on sheet 1 of 1 calls out pier/footing depth at 4'-2", however the Everbrite-Al-In-One drawing file has it at 5'-6" depth. Please coordinate this. I am concerned about the welded plates at the top where the canopy connects to the top of the post. Can the structural engineer add a calculation at that connection (show that the connection is sufficient against lateral forces) added in his structural sheets -or- simply seal/sign that sheet 14 of 14. This structural sheet is pixelated and very blurry and hard to read, please provide a clear version of this sheet. 2. Dunkin Clearance Bar: The Elevation detail shows the pier/footing depth at 2'-4", however the structural calculation looks like it is calling for a 3'-4" depth. Please coordinate this. This drawing is very pixelated and blurry and hard to read. Please submit an in focused version of this drawing. 3. All other signs are approved. 4. Please resubmit |
