1. UDC: I fully acknowledge the sign area proposed on the building (replacement signs) is within sign area allowances, thank you.
A) leave the building dimensions on the plan, but circle the lot line frontages of 228’ along Auto Mall Dr and 120’ along Broadway for development frontage

2. NEC:
A) add note on each plan sheet that “signs shall have a dedicated and labeled circuit”
B) add note that all signs shall have a safety lock out for shut off switches not directly visible to the sign
C) add a note that all “UL, manufacturer and installer stickers will be on each sign”

3. OLC:
A) add note that the shut off curfew time is midnight

4. IBC:
A) provide specific mounting details for type of wall, if you are unsure of the type of wall – just put each option on the plan with associated appropriate anchors
