UDC A) The sign area and sign proposed is within allowances. Add these items for permit record. B) please provide a letter from the property management approving the sign. 2. NEC: No comments, thank you 3. OLC: A) please add a note that the timer will be set to shut off at midnight 4. IBC: A) check mounting to ensure suffice, as you’re noting a wood wall (older diagram) and this is brick B) add a note how many mounts and weight of the sign – check that there are sufficient mounts C) add note how the power pack inside the brick wall is to be mounted D) sign penetrations to wall should make effort to penetrate only mortar, as the building is a contributor to the National Sam Hughes district. Add a note “sign holes will be repaired on sign removal” E. add a note clarifying how the letters and logo are to be mounted to the backer panel F. show mounting to back panel of the bottom extender sign tagline in side diagram, add logo too Depending on revisions resubmitted, further review comments may be forthcoming.
