1) Engineering is required for a wall sign over 100 square feet in sign area and above an entrance. The engineering must be stamped by a registered sealant (architect or engineer) licensed in Arizona. If you're a member of the ASA, use that and upload to the plan set.

2) Engineering is required for a monument structure over 80 square feet of surface area, including all mounting / assembly / footer /pipe / diagram information. Please upload sealed engineering to the plan set.
