1. UDC:
A) clarify setback is 20’ from face of curb to the leading edge of the sign (see your elevation note)

2. NEC:
A) add note using existing electric stub out from prior sign

3. OLC: No comments

4. IBC:
A) add note – no engineering required for sign under 80 square feet surface area
B) bolt size and number for the saddle – and are there two saddles here? (top / bottom of cabinet?)
C) add note that no field welds will be needed / done unless city authorizes a special inspection
D) dimension the sickness of the sign in the side view
