Please show this buffer and setback on the site plan. Per UDC 5.3.4 2. Sight Visibility Triangles are not properly displayed on the site plan. Please review section 10-01.5.0 of the Unified Development Code on the requirements for Sight Visibility Triangles and revise site plan to show correct SVTs. 3. Directional/access point signs N12, N13 are only permitted in the scenic corridor buffer on sites that are greater than 10 acres. per sec 7A.11.3.E.6.a.1 Scenic corridor buffer is not show on site plan.
