Sign detail #9 for the weatherproof disconnect switch is not shown on the detail image. Please add numbering and arrow to detail sign to show location of the electrical disconnect switch. 3. Roadway designation for Valencia Rd must be noted on the site plan. Please add this designation to the site plan. 4. Please provide frontage length of parcel along valencia rd so that sign are calculations can be determined. 5. Sight Visibility Triangles are not properly displayed on the site plan. Please review section 10-01.5.0 of the Unified Development Code on the requirements for Sight Visibility Triangles and revise site plan to show correct SVTs. |
