COMMENTS:
1. Revise the plans to correctly identify the Scenic Route buffer. The 30-foot Scenic Route buffer extends from the property/right-of-way line into the property, as shown on the approved development package, TD-DEV-1025-00258: https://pro.tucsonaz.gov/permitdetails/TD-DEV-1025-00258/
2. Access point signs located within the 30-foot Scenic Route buffer are subject to UDC Section 7A.11.3 and require a minimum site area of 10 acres. The subject site is approximately 1.15 acres; therefore, access point signs are not permitted within the Scenic Route buffer. Revise the proposed sign locations accordingly.
