UDC: A) Understood no other signs are present at site at this time. B) Sign type, height, and sign size are all within code allowances for a multi-family residential use, thank you. C) Understood from contractor that sign location will change, due to request to place sign in city right of way. See the development plan sheets attached to this permit, DP19-0204 to assist with sign location. Provide a minimum of 20’ from face of curb to leading edge of the sign structure. D) Add the sign structure, to scale, to the development package sheet.
